We're taking bets that the movie world is crazy...

Here are three stories that prove that movie executives are absolutely nuts.

I am too shocked to even truly comment. Just stew with this for a while.

  1. Who knew the Smurfs were considered 'vintage.' That kind of made me feel old until I saw they started in Belgiam in the '50s.

I am not sure how I feel about another ET. Depending on how it is done, it might be good??? It probably won't ever happen so we need not worry about it.

I agree. ET has a chance at being good... I don't have a problem with Mr. Depp cross-dressing, but I could've sworn he said he was staying away from Burton for a while?

But, really... a Smurf "trilogy"?? How smurfing smurfulous is that? What the smurf??

  3. In no particular order...

    1. Johnny Depp in drag. Nothing suprises me with this guy anymore.

    2. Smurfs on the comback trail. Could anything else be as smurfy?

    3. At first I'd say "no", but if Spielburg's on board, who am I to argue? As long as John Williams does the composing again.
