We're taking bets that animals are amazing...

Many of you may have heard that there was not many deaths of animals in both the Tsunami and Hurricane Katrina. It amazes me that we consider ourselves to be the smartest beings on the planet, but it is animals that know when danger is coming. We have made huge technological advances to tell us that danger is coming, but we don't know enough to get out of the way of nature. Thankfully most animals know what to do and stay out of danger.

Rhett A. Butler...what were his parents thinking!

We should swallow our pride and learn from animals... and follow them when we know there is danger approaching.

My dog still runs around the house, whines, and crawls under the bed when there's a thunder storm. If this is the act of a smart animal then I'm putting him up for the Nobel prize.

Steve had a fish that was hungry, so it ate rocks. It developed an intestinal blockage, never ate, and as one can assume... eventually died.

Smart animals that eat rocks... hrmmm...

Well, there are dumb people everywhere, so why not some dumb animals to mix it up a bit? ;-)
