We're taking bets that it is time to start chanting USA! USA! USA!...

The Olympics are here again. This time the United States is poised to take home a lot a medal without the advantage of being the home team. I have a strange feeling that this is going to be a very exciting Olympics. I myself am looking forward to seeing the downhill skiers and short track speedskaters. Hopefully each of you will find time to watch at least one sport and support your country.

I have always enjoyed the Olympics. No matter when, or where, there is something magical about athletes from around the world - countries large and small - coming together to compete. But hey, that's just me.

I love the speed skating. But there is nothing more exiciting then a tense match of curling :-D. I won't be home to see the opening ceremonies, but thank god for TiVO and its recording abilities!
