We're taking bets that it hit too close to home...

I am taking a break from writing my Year by Year reviews. It is taking quite an emotional toll and I will finish them over the next two nights.

I went to see In Good Company tonight. This movie was phenomenal and no it is not because I think Scarlett Johansson is hot. She is very hot; but that isn't the reason. It really said a lot to me about my recent decisions. It told me that everything was going to be okay. The last few days have been pretty hard because I am going to miss so many people and feel I have let a lot of my students down. I know I need to make this decision for myself, but I am not that great at being selfish. Then this movie came along and kicked my ass into moving forward.

Everyone should see this movie. It will make you smile, laugh and potentially cry. The soundtrack was excellent and the acting superb.

I'm sorry you even had to feel that you were letting your students down. Of course we're upset you're leaving, you're a wonderful person and have helped and touched our lives. But you deserve to do something for yourself. We know that, you know that. It'd be very selfish of us to pout and whine about you leaving when it is something to help you move forward and be happy in life. I'm glad you realize that your decision will be fine. The hardest things in life are handed to those who can handle it, and you're very capable. I wish you the best of luck. See ya around!
